999gk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 999gk (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our "). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999gk platform available at https://999gk.app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform.

This Agreement applies to all services offered by 999gk, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, sports betting markets, jackpot games, account management tools, deposit and withdrawal facilities, bonus and promotional programs, and customer support services.

999gk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of 999gk following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

To register and use the 999gk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. 999gk strictly prohibits access by minors. This restriction applies regardless of the laws of your country of residence where the minimum age may differ.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 999gk or any other gaming platform to which 999gk has mutual recognition obligations.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any restricted persons register maintained by 999gk, including individuals previously excluded for fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.

999gk takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any point during ongoing account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment source where technically possible.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 999gk services, you must register for a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 999gk account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 999gk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999gk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS — available in account settings and strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 999gk support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999gk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with our internal anti-money laundering and fraud prevention policies, 999gk may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. KYC may require you to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our request may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999gk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at any time; current availability is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 999gk account in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution.
• 999gk does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are outside our control.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be refunded.
• 999gk does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments of any kind.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of the method for outgoing transfers.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under one hour for mobile wallet withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals pending KYC review or fraud checks may take longer.
• 999gk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held until such verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• In the event that a withdrawal request is submitted and a technical error or platform maintenance window causes a delay, 999gk will communicate the expected resolution time via the email address or mobile number on your account.

999gk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 999gk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer is available to a player once only unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• All bonus offers have an expiry period stated at the time of the offer. Unmet wagering requirements or unclaimed free spins that expire within this period are forfeited without replacement.
• 999gk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already accepted by eligible players.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each offer are clearly stated in the offer's terms prior to opt-in. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are displayed in the cashier's bonus section.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

999gk actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using bonus funds to place low-risk or zero-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play; exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes; and coordinated play between multiple accounts to farm bonus value. Where bonus abuse is detected, 999gk reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the account pending investigation.

All casino games available on the 999gk platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems used by 999gk's game providers are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability. 999gk does not influence RNG outcomes and has no ability to alter game results after a round has commenced.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games streamed on the 999gk platform are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi in real time. The physical elements of these games — cards, roulette wheels, dice — are handled by trained dealers in certified studio environments. Results are determined by physical outcomes, not software RNG, and are subject to the game provider's own quality and fairness standards.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on 999gk, including cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by the 999gk Sportsbook Rules published in the platform's help centre. Key principles include:

• Bets accepted at the displayed odds are binding once confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the Sportsbook Rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition.
• 999gk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the outcome of an event has been influenced by illegal activity, or where technical issues have resulted in incorrect market data being displayed.
• In-play (live) betting markets are suspended automatically at key moments in a match (e.g., wicket falls, goal scored). Bets placed immediately before a suspension that relate to an event already in progress will be reviewed and may be voided at 999gk's discretion.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round or sports bet, 999gk will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the interrupted session from server logs and settle the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 999gk's decision on malfunction settlements is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999gk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reversal of withdrawals, and where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent documents for KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the 999gk platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using gaming transactions as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format available on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine game play intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit made to 999gk without first contacting 999gk support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or display errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Minors accessing the platform: Allowing or facilitating access to the 999gk platform by any person under the age of 18.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 999gk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on the platform or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, we encourage you to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you are closing your account because gambling is causing you distress, please inform our support team at the time of your closure request. 8.2 Suspension and Closure by 999gk

999gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account registration.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Conduct that 999gk reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 999gk for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 999gk platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available in increments of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is frozen and no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers can be made.
